Preregistration is needed for all classes to assure that proper equipment and/or space is available.  Please use the contact page to register.

Circuit Craze: Not your traditional aerobics class.  Combination of cardio and weight training done 
          through a series of stations.  Stations are rotated at set time intervals, so each individual works
          at their own level.  Concentration on proper form to produce maximum results. $45 (15 classes)
Drums Alive: Total-body workout using a stability ball and drumsticks to the sound of pulsating
          rhythms.  Combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythm of the
          drums.  High energy and open to everyone. Examples can be found on youtube. $35 (10 classes)
Kickbox: Combination of both traditional aerobic movements and kickboxing aspects.  Variety of
          movement will be shown to encourage all levels. $35 (10 classes)  
Weightless: Get a good workout in without using traditional weights.  Movements make use of your 
          own body weight and/or use of elastic bands. $45 (15 classes)  
Unlimited Class Option: pick and choose the classes you attend or come to all of them $60
